Job Description
This role involves providing high-quality CT imaging services in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner.
Candidates should be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, registered or eligible for CT certification, and able to pass the registry within 6 months.
Preferred experience includes at least one year in a hospital setting working with CT, with training available.
Knowledge of CT equipment, preferably GE systems, is desired.
Physical ability to operate equipment, assist patients, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform multiple tasks is required.
Responsibilities include verifying patient identity, documenting medical history, ensuring radiation safety, maintaining patient dignity, and delivering quality imaging studies.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on-call, weekends, and after-hours.
Adherence to safety protocols and teamwork are essential for optimal patient care and department efficiency.
