Job Description
–Physical Therapist – Renton, WA (10 miles SE of Seattle)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our full-time team in Renton, WA, just 10 miles southeast of Seattle. In this role, you will create personalized health and fitness programs while providing physical therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the latest treatment advancements, possess a WA license, hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and have at least one year of experience.

Duties:
- Conduct patient consultations, reviewing health histories and medical records.
- Collaborate with referring physicians as needed.
- Develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs.
- Guide patients through all phases of treatment, including exercise and daily living activities.
- Educate patients on the benefits of PT and home exercises.
- Oversee PTAs in patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
- Provide a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- WA Physical Therapy License.
- Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Minimum one year of PT experience.
Schedule:
- Full-time
Compensation:
- $85k-$100k per year (DOE)
