PeopleShare is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a reputable family-owned company in Warminster, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Location: Warminster, PA

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2nd and 3rd shifts (3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am)

Pay Rate: $25-30 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform tooling changeovers and set-ups efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed rotary equipment
• Optimize equipment efficiency, downtime, quality, and safety
• Repair and adjust electrical or mechanical parts
• Conduct preventative maintenance on injection molding machines
• Overhaul machines as needed
• Address maintenance issues from staff
• Communicate issues with management
• Document maintenance activities accurately in IQMS

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with hand tools
• Mechanically inclined with basic electrical knowledge
• Follow instructions in English
• Basic computer skills
