Our Inside Sales & Retention team excels in influencing customer decisions through a consultative approach, handling 100% inbound calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Retention Account Executive role offers opportunities to develop sales skills and build a long-term career at DISH, generating over $17 billion in revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products to new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and provide the best value
  • Maintain focus on larger goals despite challenges
  • Manage time effectively and seek to advance in sales
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information
  • Provide excellent customer service

Compensation
$17.75/hour base pay plus uncapped commission, targeting $64,000/year with top performers earning over six figures. Opportunities for promotion within your first year.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screening, including a drug test
  • Full-time, on-site availability
  • Smartphone or device with active network

Environment

  • On-site desk position
  • Full-time schedule with variable hours
  • Ability to bid on work schedules based on performance

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $17.75/Hour
