Main Responsibilities
- Support recruitment for hourly and salary DSE employees.
- Collaborate with the DSE Senior HR Business Partner on onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience; union experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
