Position Summary: Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable standards. Reports to the Director of Oncology. FLSA: Non-exempt. Grade: N22. EEO: 02 Professionals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Virginia State Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments. Strong verbal communication and leadership qualities are essential. Must implement the nursing process effectively.
Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
Experience: One year of Oncology Nursing experience preferred.
