Test Operator

Mounds View, MN

We are seeking a skilled individual for a temp-to-hire Test Operator position in Mounds View, MN. Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, along with basic English and computer skills.

Test Operator Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing on basic products.
• Assemble chassis, cables, and related components as per schedule and QA check sheets.
• Operate in-circuit testers as needed.
• Utilize visual aids and instructions to complete tasks.
• Follow ESD and safety protocols.
• Deliver high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Basic English reading, writing, and math skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating tools and machinery.
• Preferred knowledge of production planning and quality management.
• Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus.
• Basic PC skills required.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE).
