Employment Type:

• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician)
• 16-40 patient care hours per week
• Hourly role between Arvada and Glendale

Responsibilities:

• Care for Senior Health patients (65+) with various needs
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of primary care experience
• Current Colorado licensure or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a data-driven, mission-focused environment
• Board Certification
