Senior Manager – Facilities

EchoStar is seeking a Sr Manager – Facilities for our Hughes Network Systems division, based at our Germantown, MD headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Develop workplace policies and preventative measures for uninterrupted service.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
• Oversee 24×7 facility operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety and maintenance needs.
• Manage grounds maintenance and department budget.
• Direct contracted projects and vendor contracts.
• Provide timely project reports to management.
• Travel required: 10%.

Basic Requirements:

• Master Electrical or HVAC/R license.
• 15 years in building maintenance.
• 10 years managing large-scale facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company performance.
