EchoStar is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst (Workday/SAP focus) to join our Human Resources team at our Germantown, MD headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing of employee data and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve technical issues affecting HR data.
- Provide system monitoring and user support.
- Participate in functional testing for system updates and enhancements.
- Assist in configuring HR modules and business processes.
- Create reports and dashboards for HR.
- Facilitate training for HR system users.
- Manage system security roles.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 4+ years of HRIS experience.
- Experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with data integrity and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP HR/Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
Eligible for discretionary bonus based on company performance.
