Job Summary:
We are looking for a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role involves ensuring schedule accuracy, compliance, and effective integration of program changes.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the IMS in MS Project.
  • Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to maintain realistic baselines.
  • Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and communicate status updates.
  • Assist with the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience analyzing schedule data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of Agile Software development principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
