Join our team as a Merchandise Cast Member at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and assist in the daily operations of our themed merchandise locations!
K?lepa’s Store – A convenient spot for groceries and island-inspired products.
Hale Manu – An upscale boutique featuring high-end fashion and authentic Hawaiian gifts.
The Lava Shack – A poolside shop offering swimwear, snacks, and beverages.
Special Events & Carts – Engage with guests at pop-up locations and during events.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance guest experience through product knowledge and proactive selling.
- Greet guests and assist with inquiries.
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Deliver grocery items to guest rooms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Cash handling and loss prevention adherence.
- Willingness to work in various areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic math skills and sales experience.
- Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language is a plus.
Schedule Availability: Full-time availability required, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
