Pay Range: $32.19 – $48.28

The Registered Nurse delivers direct care per established protocols, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and provides patient education for safe discharges.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conducts daily patient rounds, ensuring quality service and addressing unmet needs.
• Creates individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Evaluates patient conditions, sets goals, and implements nursing actions.
• Monitors and addresses pain management effectively.
• Recognizes early signs of patient deterioration and initiates appropriate responses.
• Communicates observations to the care team and documents accurately.
• Facilitates patient education and discharge planning early in the process.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate based on skills and competencies.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Certification:

• Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of start date

Notes:

• Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
• ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start.
• Must hold an unencumbered nursing license before starting.

Physical Demands:
Occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and continuous handling and seeing.

Weight Demands:
Medium lifting (20-40 pounds) and carrying.

Working Conditions:
Indoor environment.

Driving Requirement:
Infrequent Driver
