Job Summary:
We are looking for a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning team. This role involves developing and maintaining the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development and maintenance of the IMS in MS Project.
- Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to maintain realistic baselines.
- Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Assist with the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience.
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience analyzing schedule data and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of Agile Software development principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
