Job Summary:
We are looking for a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning team. This role involves developing and maintaining the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the IMS in MS Project.
  • Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to maintain realistic baselines.
  • Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience analyzing schedule data and trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of Agile Software development principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
