Position Summary:
The Performance Process Consultant will manage and deliver on-site and remote training for CDK software, applications, and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure CDK configurations meet client needs using Fixed Operations expertise.
- Become proficient in CDK Retail software and applications.
- Recommend best practices for CDK configurations to enhance client outcomes.
- Consult with clients on CDK solutions and train them accordingly.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve project goals.
- Mentor on-site associates to expand their knowledge.
- Review performance reports with management for improvement opportunities.
- Advocate for clients within CDK.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and best practices.
- Assess dealership knowledge and product utilization.
- Consult with staff at all levels.
- Identify workflow gaps and propose solutions.
- Advise on practices that enhance dealership efficiency and revenue.
- Complete documentation promptly.
- Support strategic improvements with the CDK team.
- 100% travel required.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in retail automotive with Fixed Operations expertise.
- 2+ years in retail automotive management.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to remote client interactions.
Salary Range: $69,000 to $80,000
