**How you’ll contribute:**

**Qualifications and requirements:**

  • Current RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • PALS certification required upon hire.
  • Successful completion of a nursing diploma or associate degree from an accredited school.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
  • BLS certification through AHA required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS required within 6 months for Superflex RN positions.
  • Current NC or compact state RN license preferred; Handle with Care certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
