**Qualifications and requirements:**
- Current RN license and a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- PALS certification required upon hire.
- Successful completion of a nursing diploma or associate degree from an accredited school.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
- BLS certification through AHA required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within 6 months for Superflex RN positions.
- Current NC or compact state RN license preferred; Handle with Care certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
