Employment Type:

• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16-40 patient care hours per week
• Hourly role in Arvada, CO

Responsibilities:

• Care for Senior Health patients (ages 65+) with various needs
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures

Qualifications:

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• State licensed in Colorado before start date
