SOVAH Health seeks a dedicated candidate to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing care plans, administering medications, and performing clinical treatments
  • Documenting patient care
  • Monitoring and communicating patient conditions
  • Identifying changes in patient status and prioritizing care
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Coordinating care across disciplines
  • Providing patient and family education
  • Advocating for patient well-being

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of a professional nursing school; eligible to practice as an RN in Virginia. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment. Current RN licensure and AHA BLS certification are required, with ACLS certification needed within one year. Previous acute care experience preferred.
