Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Transitional Care – Hourly/PRN
Job Type: Hourly/PRN | Variable 8 & 12 Hour Shifts with Every Other Weekend
Department Overview
TCU is a 30-bed short-term skilled rehab unit providing daily nursing care, PT, OT, and Speech therapy. Patients stay for a few days to a week or more to recover and regain strength before returning home. Our team includes licensed and unlicensed staff, with 2-3 licensed nurses and 2-3 unlicensed staff per shift. Flexible scheduling options are available.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a current state RN license and a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
