Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted New York licensure or application in process.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA License or ability to obtain.
• Active New York CDS License or ability to obtain.

New York Residents Only: Salary range is $255,573 to $372,297 per year, based on experience and performance metrics.
