As a Carpet Care team member at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for cleaning both on-stage and backstage areas, including public spaces, the pool area, lobby, meeting rooms, and spa, while interacting with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lobbies: Maintain carpets and floor surfaces; clean walls, doors, windows, and ceilings; assist guests; collaborate with other departments; use specialized cleaning equipment.
• Back of House: Clean support areas like offices and restrooms; utilize various vacuums; clean windows and doors.

Basic Qualifications:

• Flexible and adaptable to various conditions.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in communication and guest interaction.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Physical requirements include constant walking/standing and frequent lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments.
• Knowledge of carpet care techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with Hawaiian/Japanese languages is a plus.
