EchoStar is seeking a Cleared Systems Administrator for our Hughes Network Systems division at our Germantown, MD headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Patch vulnerabilities on various devices and OS.
• Upgrade common software applications.
• Experience with ACAS and STIG compliance.
• Document security plans for Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Provide Continuous Monitoring and respond to POA&M tasks.
• Monitor systems for anomalous activity and perform incident response.
• Document system configurations and support peripherals.

Basic Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Top Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years in RMF or related frameworks.
• Level 1 IAT certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reporting tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of DoD security compliance.
• Familiarity with NIST regulations.
• Experience with security tools in SDLC.
• Customer-centric experience.
• Evaluate and recommend vendor products.
