Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health (BH)
Job Type: Full Time, Night Shift
Commitment Bonus (1-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour
Department/Unit Summary
Join our 33-bed Behavioral Health Unit focused on adult and geriatric patients. Our compassionate team includes RNs, CNAs, Mental Health Assistants, Psychiatrists, and Mental Health Providers, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6-1:9. We treat various diagnoses, including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN License in North Carolina or a Compact State. Additional requirements include:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
- AHA ACLS within six months of hire
- Handle With Care within 90 days of hire
- One year of experience preferred
