Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is looking for a Primary Care Physician with a focus on geriatrics to join our team in Worcester, MA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a vital role in enhancing healthcare for all.

We seek a physician experienced in caring for older adults in the Greater Worcester or MetroWest areas. You will:

  • Manage a panel of geriatric patients.
  • Provide primary care to frail, at-risk elderly patients.
  • Choose between an office-based or hybrid work model.

  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Unlimited Massachusetts Licensure.
  • Board Certified or eligible in a primary care specialty.
  • Active DEA License.
  • BLS or ACLS certification.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems; EPIC preferred.
