As an Experienced Dinner Cook 2, you will execute all menu categories and bakery recipes, ensuring quality, timing, temperature, portion control, and presentation. You will oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations and assist with culinary supervision, fostering a fun work environment. Collaboration with the Front of House is essential to ensure staff training and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various kitchen stations and equipment
- Control portions and plate presentation
- Prepare stocks, soups, sauces, meats, and desserts
- Follow recipes for appetizers, salads, and more
- Create specialty hors doeuvres for events
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Check and adjust food temperatures
- Assist guests with dietary needs
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Conduct daily food checklist
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in culinary/high-volume restaurant
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated guest service skills
- Food Safety Certification
- Flexible availability for various shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary Education Degree or vocational training
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:
Full-time position requiring availability seven days a week, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
