Position Summary

CDK Global is seeking a full-time Performance Consultant with accounting experience in the automotive dealership sector. This role involves managing and delivering on-site and remote training on CDK software, applications, and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with executive management to assess business goals and dealership strategies.
• Identify workflow gaps and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and revenue.
• Provide training through coaching and presentations to senior management.
• Recommend additional CDK solutions as needed.
• Complete trip reports and manage service contracts.
• Ensure CDK configurations meet client business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in accounting within an automotive dealership.
• 5+ years of retail automotive experience.
• 5+ years using CDK Drive in a dealership.
• 2+ years in retail automotive management.
• Prior retail CDK experience required.
• Subject Matter Expert in dealership workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable transitioning to remote client interactions.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
