Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – Full Time – Mid-shift 11a-11p

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus Eligible

Position Summary:

• Administers medications, collects specimens, and provides clinical treatments.
• Documents all patient care activities.
• Monitors and communicates patient conditions to the care team and family.
• Identifies changes in patient status and prioritizes care based on urgency.
• Assists patients with daily living activities and coordinates care across disciplines.
• Evaluates and educates patients and families based on their needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure from Virginia or a Compact State.
• Preferred experience in an acute care setting.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of employment.
