**Position:** Registered Nurse Charge (RN), Medical Surgical

**Schedule:** Full Time Nights (12 hours), Weekends Required

**Incentive:** $20,000 Commitment Bonus – one year on night shift, two-year employment commitment

**Qualifications:**

  • Current RN license (state or multistate compact)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Two years of recent RN experience preferred
  • One year of hospital staff nurse experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtained within 90 days)
  • Pass arrhythmia exam within 90 days
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

**Department Summary:**

  • 33-bed unit
  • 5-6 Patient Ratio (Days)
  • 6 Nurses and 3 CNAs on Night Shift
