Department/Unit Summary

12-hour shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a. 18-bed medical-surgical floor with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, supported by CNAs and unit secretaries. Training available.

Qualifications and Requirements
Current state RN license required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS within six months of hire
  • One year of experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred
