As a Cast Member, you’ll engage with Guests of all ages, leading events and activities in Community Halls and outdoor venues.

Responsibilities:

• Support family activities in the Pau Hana Room
• Engage diverse families and coordinate activities
• Facilitate programs, parties, and arts and crafts
• Ensure guest safety in Community Halls
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture and equipment

Basic Qualifications:

• CPR and First Aid certified (training provided)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Guest Service experience
• Knowledge of resort environments
• Public speaking experience
• Familiarity with Hawaiian/Japanese languages

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Schedule Availability:

Part-time with open availability, especially on weekends and select evenings.
