Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room
Job Type: Full-time | Variable 8-hour Shifts, Weekends, and On-call

Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

Department/Unit Summary

We maintain a 1:1 patient ratio with 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call duties. Our facility includes 10 main ORs, 2 ASU ORs, 2 open heart ORs, and 2 cystoscopy ORs, covering specialties such as plastics, neuro, general, ortho, gynecology, cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, urology, and robotic cases. A 6-month orientation is provided for candidates without OR experience.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must have a current state RN license and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR Certification
• Minimum one year of nursing or equivalent surgical experience
• CNOR preferred
• Operating Room circulating nurse/ASC experience preferred
