Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 13918 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258

Job Overview: Immediate hire for a top Master Tech! Our new state-of-the-art facility is open! We seek energetic technicians with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and serving customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for customers
• Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with fellow technicians to achieve results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and customer service focus
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to obtain
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
• Meet or exceed performance goals
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Desire for long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools overhead
• Navigate tight spaces for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently
• Stand/walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer effectively
