As a technician, you’ll diagnose and repair hotel equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to Disney policies.

To qualify for the sign-on bonus, cast members must remain in the position for at least 90 days post-hire. Bonus eligibility is subject to change, and those hired after January 21, 2025 are ineligible.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and kitchen equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Train and mentor fellow cast members
• Respond to guest maintenance requests
• Ensure safety and compliance with Disney standards

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• HVAC EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
