Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is a magical destination that blends the spirit of O`ahu with Disney enchantment, welcoming guests and cast members alike. As a Spa & Merchandise Director, you will oversee operations in the Laniwai Spa and Merchandise areas, leading teams to achieve operational excellence and enhance guest experiences. This full-time role, reporting to the General Manager, is based onsite in beautiful Oahu, Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams focused on guest interactions and experiences.
- Set operational goals aligned with the Companys Mission and Values.
- Contribute to strategic operating plans as part of the Executive Committee.
- Enhance spa marketing programs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and staff.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and community.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Spa and Merchandise/Retail Management.
- Strong knowledge of Spa Operations and Retail Guest Experiences.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Experience in driving team commitment to excellence.
Preferred Skills:
- Resort and hospitality experience.
- 2 years of spa pre-opening experience.
- Strong customer service and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.

The salary range for this position in Hawaii is $135,000 to $181,000 per year, with additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
