Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity

About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire’s, you will:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safe and legal operations.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Create a fun shopping experience for customers.
• Demonstrate Claire’s products and assist with customer inquiries.
• Help with deliveries, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Perform ear piercing (training provided).
• Maintain a presentable store environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school education required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Good math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with POS systems.

Compensation Range: $12.85 – $14.00, based on experience and location. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more. Part-time benefits include voluntary plans and 401(k) match.
