The IT Technical Support role assists the IT manager in maintaining technological equipment across the resort, identifying issues, and coordinating resolutions.
This position reports to the Technical Specialist and is based onsite at Aulani Resort, Oahu, Hawaii.
What You Will Do
- Support resort communication technologies, including radios, phones, and WIFI.
- Assist with Point of Sale systems and related hardware.
- Maintain master directories for call routing and phone systems.
- Generate call accounting reports for events.
- Inspect guest room technologies for functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.
- Assist leadership with technical support requests and inventory reporting.
- Complete required training and attend meetings.

- 1+ years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Knowledge of systems, applications, and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
Required Education:
- 2-year college degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience.
- 4-year college degree.
