As a Security Host/Hostess, your primary role is to ensure a safe environment for guests, cast members, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide protective services with professionalism during emergencies and disturbances
- Respond to emergencies with CPR and AED training
- Conduct patrols to identify safety issues
- Make quick, logical decisions in tense situations
- Document incidents and maintain order
- Coordinate responses to emergencies
- Monitor CCTV and assist guests with inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Hawaii Guard Card
- Strong communication skills
- Experience as a first responder or in security
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Knowledge of Hawaii laws
- Familiarity with Hawaiian/Japanese languages
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
