Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides care using the nursing process, prioritizing and evaluating patient care effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• New graduate RN with less than one year of experience
• Oregon RN licensure within 3 months of hire
• BLS certification within three months of hire

Essential Functions:

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for diverse age groups
• Documents in compliance with regulations
• Manages healthcare resources responsibly
• Commits to clinical competency and professional growth
• Participates in patient care improvement initiatives
