Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides care using the nursing process, prioritizing and evaluating patient care effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- New graduate RN with less than one year of experience.
- Oregon RN licensure within 3 months of hire.
- BLS certification within 3 months; ACLS within 6 months.

- Utilize the Nursing Process for all age groups.
- Document thoroughly per regulatory standards.
- Manage healthcare resources responsibly.
- Commit to clinical competency and professional growth.
Skills Required:
- Good judgment and professionalism.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and electronic medical records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
