Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity
About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire’s, you will:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Open and close the store when needed, ensuring safe operations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Create a fun shopping experience for customers.
- Demonstrate Claire’s products and assist with customer inquiries.
- Help with deliveries, visual merchandising, and promotions.
- Perform ear piercing (training provided).
- Maintain a presentable store environment.

Qualifications
- Some high school education required.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Understanding of customer service importance.
- Good math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with POS systems.

Compensation: $12.85 – $14.00, based on experience and location. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more. Part-time benefits include 401(k) match and paid time off.
