Pay Range: $32.19 – $48.28
Summary:
Full-time position, 36 hours/week, with 12-hour Weekend Only shifts. Options for rotating, straight days, or straight nights available.

Essential Job Functions:
Conduct daily patient rounds ensuring quality service and addressing unmet needs.
Create care plans reflecting patients’ diverse needs.
Assess patient conditions, set goals, and implement nursing actions.
Promptly address and manage patient pain and symptoms.
Recognize early warning signs of patient deterioration and respond appropriately.
Document and report patient observations accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients and families.
Initiate discharge planning and education early.
Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Certifications:
Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to Start Date
Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of Start Date
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) | Within 6 Months of Start Date
Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) | Preferred
Notes:
Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start.
Must hold an unencumbered nursing license before starting.
Physical Demands:
Occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and handling.
Medium lifting and carrying (20-40 pounds).
Working Conditions:
Indoor environment.
Driving Requirement:
Infrequent Driver.
