Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is looking for a Full-Time General Otolaryngologist (1.0 FTE) to join our team in Worcester, MA. As a clinician-led organization, Optum is transforming healthcare for clinicians and patients alike.

Position Highlights:

  • Collegial practice with a large referral base
  • Established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume
  • Team includes 5 physicians, 2 advanced practitioners, and 4 audiologists
  • Call is 1:7-8
  • Full audiology, vestibular testing, and hearing aid services
  • Main location in Worcester; additional sites in Milford, Leominster, Southborough
  • Minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery with 3 in-office ORs
  • Robust allergy practice with testing and immunotherapy
  • Open to expanding surgical procedures of interest
  • Excellent support staff and practice management systems
  • State-of-the-art Epic EMR system
  • Teaching and research opportunities available

Required Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Otolaryngology
  • Unlimited Massachusetts licensure or willingness to obtain
  • Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Subspecialty interest
  • Experience in a Team Care model
  • Fluency in EMR systems
