Employment type:

• Full-time role based in Glendale

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a diverse patient panel
• Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams
• Utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required:

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in Colorado before start date

This full-time role in Glendale offers a salary range of $249,000 to $265,000. Relocation assistance may be available.
