Position Summary:
Provides patient care and clinical support to physicians in the clinic. Triage and prioritize patient concerns, consult with physicians, execute physician orders, and communicate information to patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Meets clinic and hospital hiring standards.
Strong organizational and clerical skills, with computer proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, fostering respect for all individuals.
Ability to make sound decisions based on available information.
Current RN licensure in Oregon.
Essential Job Functions:
Triage patient calls, assess situations, and prioritize based on severity.
Relay physician orders accurately to patients and agencies.
Document patient orders and outcomes.
Review patient items in the MIMTriage bucket in Athena.
Ensure compliance with controlled substance protocols.
Assist in the Coumadin Clinic as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Utilize good judgment and maintain professionalism.
Work effectively in a busy, stressful environment.
