As an operator, you’ll create memorable first impressions for Guests, assisting with pre-arrival needs and providing exceptional in-house service. Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with Guests and Cast Members via phone
• Maintaining a positive demeanor
• Answering inquiries and dispatching calls
• Handling emergency procedures calmly
• Knowledge of Resort offerings and local area

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Japanese
• Graveyard availability
• Previous cash handling and computer experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Hawaiian language
• Experience in hotel/front desk settings

Schedule Availability: Full-time, 24/7 operation.
