Registered Nurse (RN), Transitional Care
Job Type: Full-time | Variable 8 & 12 hour Shifts w/EOW
$20,000 Sign-on Bonus
Department/Unit Summary
TCU is a 30-bed short-term skilled rehab unit providing daily nursing care, PT, OT, and Speech therapy. Patients stay for a few days to a week or more to recover and regain strength before returning home. Our team includes licensed and unlicensed staff, with 2-3 licensed nurses and 2-3 unlicensed staff per shift. Flexible scheduling options are available.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must have a current state RN license and a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR Certification
- Two years of nursing experience preferred
- One year of long-term care experience preferred
