Department/Unit Summary
12-hour shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM. New grads are welcome. Provide direct patient care following nursing standards.
Essential Functions
- Administer medications, collect specimens, and provide clinical treatments.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Coordinate care across disciplines for patient transfers and discharges.
- Evaluate and educate patients and families based on their needs.
- Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Adhere to safety goals and core measure initiatives.

Qualifications
Current state RN license required; Bachelors degree preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
Required Skills
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment are essential.
