**Qualifications:**

  • Current RN License (State or Multistate Compact)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications (within specified timeframes)
  • NIHSS Certification (within 90 days)
  • Critical thinking and effective communication skills

**Department Summary:**

Our ER has 22 beds and a 7-bay fast track, with nurses typically managing 4 patients each.
