We seek a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to enhance our Land and Air Defense Systems. The IAMDS department focuses on developing complex systems for domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering teams on design and requirements.
• Manage technical risks and evaluate design aspects.
• Develop modeling tools with Digital Signal Processing.
• Model radar and effector system behaviors.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience in developing system models and algorithms for radar analysis.
• Active U.S. government security clearance required.

Qualifications We Value:

• Advanced knowledge of Digital Signal Processing.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in system requirements and design.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with MATLAB for model development.
