Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse delivers care using the nursing process, prioritizing and evaluating patient care while responding to emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Meet hospital hiring standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Oregon RN licensure.
- BLS certification within three months of hire.
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilizes the Nursing Process for all age groups.
- Documents per regulatory standards.
- Manages healthcare resources responsibly.
- Maintains clinical competency and professional growth.
- Works varied shifts as needed.
- Engages in patient care improvement initiatives.
